The original quarter-turn claw type hose coupling, the Chicago hose coupling connects hose and equipment with ease.  Just press two couplings together firmly and twist.  There is no male or female head to worry about in a manifold or jobsite configuration. A safety clip prevents accidental disconnection.

Connect hose of varying diameters without additional adapters, all Chicago type hose couplings interchange through 1 inch.  Couplings 1 inch and under have a 2-lug design that interchanges regardless of hose or thread size.  All couplings over 1 inch have a 4-lug design that also interchanges between other 4-lug sizes.

Commonly found on pneumatic tools and compressed air hose and air manifolds.  All Chicago couplings are pressure rated at 150 PSI. -  Do not use for steam service!

Also known as universal couplings or crows-foot couplings, these couplings comply with USA type claw type universal couplings only (not compatible with European interchange and some Asia manufactured couplings).

Offered in malleable iron, brass, and (316) stainless steel

Thor style quick couplings offer a safe and secure positive locking feature for pneumatic & fluid hose in applications up to 300 PSI.

A quarter turn and audible click allows for a fast reliable connection. A spring retractable sleeve prevents accidental disconnection under pressure, with no separate safety pin required. Couplings interchange with each other and with non-locking plugs across all sizes (one locking and one non-locking, or two locking couplings will connect).

Commonly found in power plants, refineries, and industrial applications where additional safety and elevated pressure rating is required. -  Do not use for steam service!

Interchanges with Dual-Lock, Thor PHC, National A Type couplings and more.

Offered in steel, brass, and 303 stainless steel (select sizes). Steel couplings are plated with ROHS compliant trivalent chrome plating. Brass is not lead-free.

Standard seals are Nitrile, FKM is available by request.

Bowes style hose couplings feature a retractable sleeve with an additional safety lock feature for secure pneumatic & fluid hose applications up to 500 PSI*

A retractable sleeve on the male nipple prevents accidental disconnection under pressure, with no separate safety pin required. A safety lock (in blue) prevents the sleeve from being accidentally disengaged during use by threading up against the sleeve. Safety lock nipples mate to non locking couplers and are interchangeable across all sizes.

Commonly found in power plants, refineries, and industrial applications where additional safety and elevated pressure rating is required. -  Do not use for steam service!

Interchanges with Bowes 75 (51000), National B Series, MacDonald couplings and more.

Offered in steel, brass, and 303 stainless steel (select sizes).  Steel couplings are plated with ROHS compliant trivalent chrome plating. Brass is not lead-free.

Conforms to Mil-C-3486 and A-A-50431A

Standard seals are Nitrile, FKM is available by request.

* PSI rating is based on a matched hose and attachment method that will rate to this pressure, consult us for assembly configuration recommendations

The ground joint hose coupling set is a three piece system featuring a hose shank, over-sized female swivel nut, and threaded spud adapter. It is designed for compressed air, steam, or fluid service where higher working pressure, increased shank retention and a threaded hammer type swivel is desired.

Install the spud on the threaded outlet of any pipe, manifold, valve or equipment, and the female swivel can be easily installed or disconnected. Lugs on the female swivel nut are similar in style to a hammer union. These swivel nuts and spuds feature a special coarse thread, they will not mate directly to NPT connections without the spud adapter.

Male and female hose couplings feature a special interlocking lip that increases shank retention when used with an interlocking bolted hose clamp. Use of other clamp types will decrease working pressure and shank retention.

Commonly found in portable and temporary compressed air installations, water and fluid transfer applications, and steam hose service.

Offered in plated iron (smaller sizes are plated steel) stainless and brass options are available in limited size range by special request

Sandblast Hose Couplings

Sandblast hose couplings are a two-lug quick connect style hose coupling designed specifically for sandblast hose applications. The coupling head is not interchangeable with Chicago universal type couplings. The sandblast hose coupling is designed to slip over the outside of the hose and lock in place using supplied screws. This allows for a full flow interior and limits abrasion from the blast media to the coupling body.

Sandblast couplings are offered in brass and aluminum, and also offer a 1-1/4” threaded nozzle insert hose end.

Only use sandblast couplings on hose that is designed for this service and that fits the coupling’s outside diameter range.

Achieves 110 PSI hose rating when properly matched and correctly installed.

Always use hose safety cables on blast hose assemblies.

Center Punch Hose Clamps

Center Punch Hose clamps allow for a professional, repeatable assembly and on-site hose repair. Cinch down with special tool, and hit with a mallet to secure.

Available in galvanized steel or 300 stainless steel.

Special tool required for installation.

Size shown is the actual clamp diameter. Order so the clamp can fit over the outside diameter of the hose.

Offset multiple clamps by 90 or 180 degrees so buckles are NOT aligned.
